Joyce Ammons: When I starting working out with Rhonda my starting weight was 153.2 lbs. My original fitness goal was to lose weight, tone up and build muscle. I completed two boots camps and then decided to take it to the next level and enroll in her Personal Training program. My current weight is 138.4 lbs. I lost 12 1/2 inches in the first boot camp. The results are amazing to me because it has been over a decade since I was 130 anything. My workouts are varied and my body never knows what to expect next. Rhonda has been extremely motivating and inspires me through her own journey to become the me I want to be. 

She doesn't push me to marginally succeed, she pushes for total success. I have always wanted to be a runner and couldn't run two small laps without stopping when I started and now just completed 5 miles this week. I have learned a lot about my level of determination through working with her and feel like she has been instrumental in my achievements 100%. My accomplishments are our accomplishments. You will also not find a better individual to work with, Rhonda is an extremely genuine person with exceptional knowledge in her field and immediately sets you at ease..
Dianne Smith: I started working with Rhonda doing personal training.  Since working with her I have built strength, endurance, lost weight and inches but most importantly since being seen by my physician I have decreased my blood pressure and cholesterol.

Rhonda has motivated me to do exercises and reach goals that I thought I could not reach, I am feeling fit and fabulous as I near the age of 60!

Argo Alexander:.After a friend lost 40 pounds working with Rhonda Walker, I decided to join Rhonda at Tone Your Temple Fitness.  Since starting with Rhonda  I have lost a total  30 pounds, 38 pounds of bodyfat, 14.8% bodyfat and 22 inches.  I have built muscle, endurance and self confidence. I am glad I decided to work with her and I am looking forward to more weight and inches being lost.
